KnowShowGo
Privacy
Last updated: 2026-08-02 · Applies to KnowShowGo Co-Pilot (Chrome) and the OSLO chat surfaces that talk to it.
This page describes current product behavior. It is not a substitute for counsel-reviewed
enterprise terms. Contact us if you need a DPA.
What we collect
- Account / namespace you choose when registering or setting the Chrome Options owner id.
- Messages and page context you send (chat text, page URL/title, selection, form field hints — names/labels/selectors — not scraped password values).
- Memory you ask us to keep in KnowShowGo (profile facts, form prototypes, private datasets such as logins/cards stored encrypted when vaulted).
- Operational logs needed to run the service (errors, coarse timing).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- The Chrome extension does not read your knowshowgo.com login cookies from normal tabs.
- Form fill never submits without your explicit Apply / approval action.
- We do not request Chrome permissions for history, cookies, or full tabs access.
Where data goes
To the agent URL you configure (your deployment or ours) and, when you use memory features,
to the KnowShowGo API configured for that deployment. Private memory is scoped to your
owner namespace; public commons content is separate from your private vault.
Your controls
- Change or clear extension Options / Chrome storage.
- Uninstall the extension.
- Ask us to delete a tester account / private namespace memory (email below).
