Terms of Service

These are product terms for the early-access subscription. They are not a substitute for counsel-reviewed enterprise agreements. Contact us if you need a custom MSA/DPA.

The service

OSLO is an approval-first digital operator that uses KnowShowGo memory to help fill forms and operate web workflows you ask it to run. The Chrome Co-Pilot and chat/Slack surfaces are part of that product. Memory is scoped to your account/namespace.

Early access

Paid early access is currently $29/month unless we quote otherwise.
Billing is handled by our payment provider (Paddle, Polar, or Stripe Payment Link).
Features may change while we dogfood; we will not silently remove paid access without notice.
A free 14-day pilot may be offered separately and is not the same as paid early access.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
Do not use the service to violate third-party terms, scrape unlawfully, spam, or commit fraud.
You remain responsible for actions you approve (submits, payments, messages, profile edits).
Do not upload secrets into agent chats when a vault/path exists; rotate anything that leaks.

Our responsibilities

Run the service with reasonable care for early-access software.
Keep private memory private to your namespace (soft ACL / tokens as documented).
Never auto-submit consequential actions without your approval in Stage‑1 flows.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect form fill, or third-party site compatibility. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Cancellation & refunds

See the Refund Policy. Cancel anytime via the payment provider or by contacting us; access continues through the paid period unless we agree otherwise.
