Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-10 · OSLO early access ($29/month) and related paid pilots.

Card processing and tax handling are performed by the checkout provider (Paddle / Polar / Stripe). Refund timing may also follow that provider’s settlement rules.

Monthly early access

• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• If you cancel mid-cycle, access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Within 7 days of first charge: full refund on request if we have not seated a private namespace / onboarding for you yet, or if the product was unavailable for you to try.
• After seating / after 7 days: refunds are discretionary for clear service failures (we could not deliver the co-pilot). Partial months are not prorated by default.

Free pilot

The 14-day free pilot has no charge; there is nothing to refund.

How to request

Email your founder contact or use the pilot form with subject “Refund request”, your checkout email, and approximate charge date. We aim to respond within two business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account closure.
